Shipping policy

We’re committed to ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Here's what you need to know:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders ship via UPS Ground to the continental United States.  Do NOT enter a Post Office Box.  The address must be one that UPS delivers to in the continental United States.

Most orders placed by 1 PM PT ship the same day, excluding periods of factory downtime. Products with longer lead times will specify this in the item description. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Free UPS Ground Shipping is available on orders over $4499. No additional insurance is included.

DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE OPTIONS

We offer two delivery options. Please review them carefully, as your choice determines liability for the package.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED (DEFAULT)

By default, shipments do not require a signature. By using this default option, you agree that the UPS Proof of Delivery scan marks the official end of the shipping transaction. Once UPS records the package as delivered, Parasound is no longer liable for the shipment, including any instances of theft or missing packages. You assume full responsibility for the item the moment it is delivered to your property.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED (OPT IN FOR A FEE)

You may choose to require a signature upon delivery for an additional fee (required for express shipments when they are available). If you select this option, you are responsible for ensuring someone is present to sign for the package.

If UPS is unable to deliver the package due to a lack of signature and it is returned to Parasound, the unit remains your property. A returned package does not constitute a cancelled order or a return for refund. You will be responsible for reimbursing Parasound for any return UPS freight charges, and you must coordinate and pay the shipping costs to send the unit back to you.
