Parasound Warranty & Out-of-Warranty Repair
Parasound offers factory-authorized non-warranty repair options through approved service partners. Our goal is simple: accurate, reliable service that keeps your Parasound amplifier, preamp, or integrated delivering the music and movie experience you bought it for.
Warranty Repair (RMA Only)
All warranty repair work must go through the Parasound RMA process. To begin, please submit a request at Parasound.com/help .
Any service or attempted service performed outside of Parasound (or the specific alternate location listed on an issued RMA) will void the manufacturer’s warranty. No exceptions.
Exclusive Service Center for Current HALO & JC Models – The Tone Garage
Effective January 1, 2026, all non-warranty repair and out-of-warranty service for the following current Parasound HALO and JC models is performed exclusively at The Tone Garage:
A21+, A23+, A31, A51, A52+, P6, HINT6, JC1+, JC2BP, JC3+, JC5
These amplifiers and preamps have very low failure rates and highly specialized designs. Centralizing service with a single expert shop ensures best-in-class diagnostics, parts handling, and verification testing for Parasound owners.

The Tone Garage is available for non-warranty repair on all Parasound products, and is the exclusive non-warranty service center for the current HALO & JC models listed above.

Authorized Parasound ReadyRepair Centers – United States
For other eligible Parasound products (including New Classic, Z Custom, ZoneMaster, and select legacy models), customers may contact any of the authorized ReadyRepair centers below directly for non-warranty repair. These partners receive Parasound support and access to parts for the models they are authorized to service.

Parasound does not own or operate these repair centers and does not receive any benefit from them other than their ability to support our customers. All billing, repair timelines, and service guarantees are between you and the center performing the work.
If you have a serious concern or complaint about a Parasound-authorized repair center, please let us know at Parasound.com/help . Centers that receive too many valid complaints may be removed from our authorized list.
