Parasound Reserve
Reserve the unit you want, lock today's price, and we hold it for you. Both your price and your unit, protected — for US shipments on parasound.com.
Reserve does two things for you. It locks in today's price, and it sets aside the actual unit with your name on it. A later price increase cannot reach you, and a model that sells out or gets discontinued cannot take your unit away. In return, we ask you to complete your purchase within 30 days. Like a dinner reservation, it holds your table because you plan to come in. If we announce a price increase, or the model becomes fully reserved, you have 3 days to complete your purchase at your locked price.
How a reservation works
- Sign in to your account and click Reserve on the model you want. No payment, no deposit.
- If you can reserve it, it is in stock, and we set that unit aside for you. Your reservation lasts up to 30 days.
- Available for US shipments through parasound.com.
Your price is locked
- Your price will never be higher than the day you reserved.
- If our price goes down, you get the lower price.
- If we raise the price during your reservation, we tell you right away, and you have 3 days from our notice — or the time left on your reservation if that is less — to complete your purchase at your locked price.
Your unit is held
- The unit is yours for up to 30 days.
- If reserving takes the last one, the model shows as sold out to everyone else. Rest assured, your unit is set aside and waiting for you.
When a model becomes fully reserved, we let every holder know it is time. You have 3 days to complete your purchase — or the time left on your reservation if that is less — before your unit is offered to the next person in line.
Keeping track
- When you are signed in, your open reservations and their dates are right on our home page, so you always know where you stand.
- Check your locked price, add to cart when you are ready, or release anytime at no cost. To change a reservation, release it and make a new one.
Sold out right now? Join the waitlist
- A model shows as sold out when we are out of stock, or when all current stock is already reserved. Either way, you can join its waitlist.
- While you wait, a waitlist does not hold a unit or lock a price. It simply keeps your place in line.
- When your turn comes, we set that unit aside and email you. You have 3 days to complete your purchase at the current price before we offer it to the next person in line.

Good to know. Reserve and Waitlist are for purchases on parasound.com. A reserved price is your price with us. It is not a price other retailers are asked to match.
