Final Sale Policy

Parasound maintains a strict Final Sale policy for all products purchased from Parasound.com. This approach allows us to operate lean, control costs, and offer our best pricing upfront to customers who know what they want.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted. Products purchased from Parasound.com are not eligible for return or refund, and we do not offer exchanges for preference, ordering errors, or buyer remorse.

FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY

Items returned to Parasound by the shipping carrier due to a failure to sign for or receive a delivery are not eligible for a refund. A returned package does not override our Final Sale policy. The item remains the property of the customer. The customer is responsible for reimbursing Parasound for all return freight charges assessed by the carrier, as well as the cost of coordinating and paying to reship the item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND OUT OF BOX ISSUES

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If you believe there is actual product damage or an out of box functional issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following documentation:

  • Photos of the shipping carton on all sides, including the shipping label
  • Close up photos of any carton damage
  • Photos of internal packaging materials before the product is fully removed
  • A photo of the product serial number label
  • A short video demonstrating the issue, when applicable

Cosmetic wear or damage to the shipping carton or packaging does not automatically indicate product damage and is not a basis for return or refund.

All shipping related product damage and out of box functional issues are handled under the standard Parasound warranty and remedy process. Parasound will determine, in its sole discretion, whether coverage applies and what resolution, if any, will be provided. Submission of a claim does not create a right to return, refund, or exchange.

UNREPORTED DAMAGE

Damage to the product, accessories, or packaging that is not reported within 48 hours of delivery with the required documentation will not be treated as shipping related damage. Issues discovered after this window are evaluated solely under our standard warranty terms.

Cosmetic or functional issues identified after initial setup, use, or installation are not considered out of box issues.
