What Questions is
Instead of an email that disappears into an inbox, every question you send opens a thread on your Parasound account. You can attach photos, follow the reply, add more, and see the whole history in one place. When your question needs a specialist, we bring the right people to that same thread rather than starting over somewhere else.
Most questions get a helpful answer within seconds. The ones that need a human reach our team with everything already attached, so nobody has to ask you to repeat yourself.
Before you start
You will need a Parasound account
RequiredAsking a question takes a quick sign in. It is free, and it is what makes everything else possible: your questions stay tied to you, your registered units travel with the conversation, and you never lose the thread on a new device.
Signing in
If you have ordered from parasound.com or registered a unit, you already have an account. Use the same email. If not, creating one takes a moment.
Why the sign in
It lets us route your question to the right place faster, keep your conversations private to you, and connect them to the exact unit you are asking about.

You ask
Type your question, pick the model if you know it, and add a photo or file if it helps. Serial plate, a shot of the back panel, a receipt: whatever tells the story.
We research it instantly
You see a short "researching your question" moment while we check it against what we know. Many questions come back with a clear answer or the exact page, part, or dealer you need, right then.
A person picks it up when needed
If it is something only a human should answer, it goes to our team with your full context attached. You are never dropped into a dead end.
The conversation stays open
Replies land in your thread. You can add more, send another photo, or reopen it later. Everything stays in one tidy place on your account.

Available nowEvery question you have ever asked lives on your My Questions page: a sortable, searchable list showing when it was opened, the last update, which unit it is about, how many files are attached, and whether it is still open or resolved. Click any row to open the full conversation.
Attachments you can see
The photos and files you send stay with the thread, and so do the ones we share back with you. Nothing gets lost in a forwarded email chain.
One thread per topic
Each question is its own conversation with its own history, tied to the specific unit when it applies, so the context is always right there.
Where to talk
We will email you whenever we reply, so you always know there is something new. But the web is the place to have the conversation: open the thread, read the reply in context, and answer right there. That keeps everything, including your attachments, in one reliable spot instead of scattered across your inbox.

Available nowRegistering a unit takes a minute and pays off every time you need us, whether the unit is under warranty, long out of it, bought used, or brought in from overseas. A registered unit turns a cold question into a warm one: we already know exactly what you own.

Questions is built so we can bring those people into your conversation instead of bouncing you between phone numbers and email addresses. You stay in one thread; we coordinate the rest.

When a unit goes in for warranty repair, the status updates, from received to on its way back, post right into the same conversation. No separate ticket to chase.
Dealers and repair centers
We are opening the ability to loop your dealer or an authorized repair center directly into a thread, with every message coordinated by Parasound so nothing gets crossed.
However we bring people in, Parasound stays in the middle. We keep your details private, pass along only what should be shared, and make sure you get one clear answer instead of a confusing pile of them.
