Out of Warranty ReadyRepair

The repair centers listed below are designated for out-of-warranty repair work only. They have access to current schematics (under NDA) and meet customer satisfaction criteria. These centers are capable of performing necessary component-level repairs for out-of-warranty work. If you have a recommendation for a great repair center, please fill out the "Contact Us" form with the repair center name and location, and we'll reach out to screen them!

Warranty Repair

All warranty work must go through the Parasound RMA process. To start, fill out the "Contact Us" form. Any warranty-related work done outside of sending directly to Parasound will void the manufacturer’s warranty. No exceptions.

Relationship with Repair Centers

Parasound has no direct control over these centers and does not receive any benefits from them other than their ability to service our out-of-warranty clients. Any incomplete or failed repairs should be directed to the service center you’ve chosen.

Complaints

For formal complaints against a repair center, use the "Contact Us" form. Repair centers receiving too many valid complaints will be removed from the list.
